Payment:

• We accept the following payment methods: 
  Paypal, Visa, Master Card, money order, cashier's check and personal checks your driver’s license Id # and valid phone #.
• We do not accept cash payments by mail.
• E-checks, personal checks, business checks, money orders and cashier’s checks will be held up to 7 business days to clear before shipping.
• Customers whose checks are returned due to non-sufficient funds will be charged $25.00 for handling in addition to the amount of the check.
• We accept Visa & Master card credit card payments for US orders only. 
  We do not accept non-US issued credit cards. 
  International customers please use Paypal for all transactions.
• We do not ship C.O.D. at this time.
• We ask that customers make sure that their billing name and address match those on their credit card. If you have a shipping address that is different than your billing address, please notify your card issuer and make sure they have this information on file.
• Purchasing multiple items? If you are not sure what the total is or what the shipping cost is, please send us an email asking for the total.

Returns, refunds, exchanges and store credit:

• If you have questions about items please ask before you buy.
• If you have a problem with an item you purchased from us please let us know. Our goal is for you to be a satisfiedHIGHBANKS RC customer. Please send an email marked “Urgent” so we may find the best way to take care of you.
• If you feel you have a defective product, do not open the box or use the product.
• If your product has suffered shipping damage do not open the box or use the product.
• Please do not send back any product unless instructed to do so, we will send you the appropriate instructions for your situation.
• Defective products must be returned within 30 days from the date your order was placed.
• It may take up to 7 business days to process your return after we receive your product.
• Only unused items will be eligible for returns, exchange or store credit.
• Returned items are subjuect to a 15% restocking fee. 
• No refunds are offered unless approved by HIGHBANKS RC.

Warranties:

• All the products we sell have their own manufacturer warranty policies. If you need further assistance please send us an email at info@highbanksrc.com or visit the manufacturer’s website.
• Used, defective merchandise should be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement.

U.S. Shipping:

• How much is shipping and handling (S&H)? The shipping and handling costs will be clearly noted on all item listings.
• For multiple purchases, our checkout system will determine the S&H based on shipping profiles shown in each listing whichever is higher. For your convenience, all additional shipping discounts will be applied automatically.
• Vehicles and larger items require up to 3 business days to prep for shipping.
• Small part orders typically ship out next business day.
• Please make sure the Ship-To address you input during checkout is correct. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.
• We are required to collect 9.25% sales tax when Ship-To address is in California.
• Some items cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
• HIGHBANKS RC does not ship to hotels or motels.  Orders must ship to either a permanent home address or a business address.
• Please note that shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, PR, APO and FPO may take longer and may incur additional costs.
• Orders ship Monday through Friday. Some small part order will ship on the weekend.

International Shipping:

Limit of responsibility:

• We accept no responsibility for crash damage and/or loss of kits, engines, accessories, etc. incurred during operation of a radio-controlled model. In most cases it is almost impossible to determine whether crash damage was due to equipment failure or to operator error. In addition, we accept no responsibility for any purchased components that are incorporated into radio systems or problems caused by incompatibility between components, parts.
